We don't play often, so we chose a lower difficulty level. The staff were very friendly and patient, explaining many things as we played. The buy-one-get-one-free deal was a great value!

We played the "Catch the Fugitive" escape room theme, which had six puzzles to solve. We had three hints available, and the content was reasonable. Two people can play without having to merge with others. Our six-year-old son was able to participate, and we used only one hint, finishing in the last minute!

This is the second time playing, and the kids are very happy and engaged. You need at least two people to play. This time, the Klook buy-one-get-one-free deal was super cheap. I hope they continue to offer more promotions.

it was a good first time experience for our kids (10 and 7). I think it’s a bit expensive for the time spent but the klook deal helped. there was a mixup of clues that wasted some time but they were nice to make it up. overall it was fun. wished the limited time rooms could have been included.

Great activity with friendly and helpful staff as well as fascinating room design. The payment process was also fairly efficient. Overall was a very enjoyable experience.

Pretty fun, the buy-one-get-one-free deal is a great value! But 45 minutes is a little short, not really enough time. The staff are very friendly and even helped us take a group photo.

The escape room's puzzle design was excellent, and the staff provided a detailed explanation after the time was up.

Very fun, worth going again. Although the time was relatively short, it was still very exciting. The Junior 35-minute session is a bit short.
