Kyoto Kimono and Yukata Rental at Kimono Miyabi Kyoto

I looked at various kimono rental websites, but I chose this one because of the photos of the hair styling and the all-you-can-use hair accessories! When I was unsure about which kimono to choose, they helped me pick one that suited me. I was also very happy with the cute hair styling and the abundance of hair accessories they provided! All the staff members were very pleasant! I plan to use their services again in the fall!

Went here today with my fiancé and got the Royal treatment. We got to pick out our kimonos, belt and purse/bag. The workers brought us in the back and got us all dolled up. They did my hair and put cute fake flowers in it. The price was very cheap and worth every penny. Recommend this for everyone!

There were so many options, I had a hard time choosing! There were so many wonderful items like yukata and hair ornaments, and I really enjoyed the preparation time! The Kimono is definitely high quality. I enjoyed the experience and extremely beautiful when worn. They help you with the belt of the kimono then style your hair to your preference.

Located on the second floor of a back street, I didn't encounter any upselling or extra charges. I was also very satisfied with my hair styling. Before, I had a bad experience at another store with a letter in its name because the final cost with all the add-ons was almost double the original plan. They charged extra for everything, from accessories and ropes to bags. After the package introduction, I chose the "Visiting" package, which I felt perfectly matched the classical atmosphere of Kyoto, especially the traditional and simple obi (waistband) style. Every kimono was beautiful, making it hard to choose. The hair styling was exceptional, with top-notch skills. The staff speaks Chinese and has a great service attitude, and the price is very reasonable. If I have the chance, I would like to bring friends to experience it together next time. Highly recommended!!!

An adorable staff and all very attentive, magnificent kimonos (including one with cat designs), an incredible hairstyle in just a few minutes. Well worth the price even if you don't keep the kimono all day, even if you find something a little cheaper elsewhere I advise you to come here to take your most beautiful photos.

Almost all the staff speak Chinese, which makes communication very convenient, and their attitudes are excellent! They also gave me many styling suggestions when I was choosing a kimono, which was really thoughtful.
