- Except for works with special markings, please do not touch any artworks or stand on their pedestals. Please do not cross the grey visitor lines on the floor inside the indoor exhibition areas.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, except in designated smoking areas.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

In front of the Jinshan District Arts and Senior Activity Center building next to the Jinshan District Office, transfer to the Juming Museum free shuttle bus to go to the Juming Museum.
