The pick up was much delayed.I need to go to the pier by special hotel bus arrangement. The ticket office didn't give me the full tickets(only the return tickets for ferry, the Grand Island tour ticket was not included), luckily the Adams staff helped me to get the tickets in no time. Other than these the trip was fine.

I am actually quite disappointed with the Trip. Firstly it didn't state clearly whether I can get on the boat with the QR code (which made me ran around few times to ask), secondly the duration of the trip is too short, if I am joining train and bus tour, I have no time to even visit the beach. I wish there will be more time/instructions. Very disappointed that because of delay on bus tour, we are not allowed to get on the light house. Sad :( I'd recommend people to book trips online at their website for Rottnest Island.

The Adams team running the tour on Rottnest was excellent. Can't say the same about the Rottnest Express team. We were not given directions on where to go and had to approach the staff for assistance.

It was an unforgettable trip for my family but there was no proper instruction as what we should do & where to go at the Barrack Street Jetty & also when we arrived at Ronttnest Island. We have to ask around before we were finally guided to the place where our Grand Island Tour began. We were quite disappointed when informed that the scenic train was not in service & we were taken around by coach only. Nevertheless we had wonderful time to see the adorable quokkas (must see) & breath-taking views around the island. Overall Rottnest Island is worth a visit when you are in WA as you can only see the friendly quokkas there.
