• Departure times and routes for each sightseeing spot may be adjusted based on road conditions on the day. Please understand that no refunds will be given for itinerary changes or cancellations of attractions caused by force majeure factors such as traffic or weather.
• During the experience tour, bus seats and restaurant seats may need to be shared with other group members. The actual arrangements will be based on on-site adjustments and the tour leader's instructions. Seat selection is not available, and your understanding is appreciated.
• The cherry blossom viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the tour group is formed, it will depart as scheduled regardless of the cherry blossom blooming situation. Please be aware of this.
• The meal content may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's ingredients on the day, and will be subject to the actual situation.
• On the day of the itinerary, due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please be aware of this.
• Vehicle model used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an escort will be arranged to provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.
• The tour leader will not proactively contact travelers the day before departure. Travelers are requested to go to the designated meeting point at the specified meeting time on the day of departure and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in.
• This itinerary involves a longer travel time. Please assess your acceptance before registering.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
