- After Muir Woods, the tour continues through Sausalito. Guests may choose to end their tour there to explore the waterfront, enjoy lunch, or shop, or remain on the bus for a direct return to Fisherman’s Wharf
- Guests who end their tour in Sausalito can return to San Francisco by scenic ferry at their own pace. Ferry tickets are not included. Your guide will explain where to go, how to purchase tickets, and which ferry to take
- If you choose to get off in Sausalito your guide will explain to you on how to purchase your ferry ticket back to San Francisco; the ferries leave every 45 minutes from Sausalito
- Ferry reservations are not required in advance for most guests. Tickets can be purchased in Sausalito on the day of your tour. Your guide will provide all the details to make this easy
- Routes may vary slightly based on weather, traffic, and park conditions
- This tour is family-friendly and ideal for couples, solo travelers, cruise guests, and anyone wanting a well-paced overview of San Francisco and Muir Woods in a half day
- Restrooms are available at Muir Woods and in Sausalito
- Hotel pickup may be available for an additional fee, depending on location

- The tour is wheelchair accessible as long as they fold for storage
- The operator can handle motorized wheelchairs but the operator do not have a lift
