• Touching monkeys, feeding them, staring directly into their eyes, and startling them are dangerous, so absolutely avoid doing these things. Because it will provoke the wild monkeys, entering the park with pets is not allowed. Monkeys entering the hot springs is limited to cold days and similar conditions. It is not guaranteed that they will always enter the hot springs; on warm days or on a whim, they might not be in the hot springs.
• When taking photos or recording videos, putting cameras in the bath, using drones, or conducting special filming using selfie sticks is prohibited. Also, please be careful not to stare into the monkeys' eyes or startle them. In addition, please make sure not to bring cameras or smartphones too close to the monkeys.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• The following items are prohibited: drones
• Pets are prohibited
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• Flash photography is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

What to bring

• Snowy and icy paths are extremely slippery, so snow boots or tall rubber boots are essential. It is also reassuring to have simple anti-slip crampons. Please be sure to wear gloves, a scarf, a hat, and warm winter clothing. You may feel warm while walking, but it gets cold very quickly when you stop inside the garden. Since there are no roofs along the mountain trails, be sure to prepare rain gear and cold-weather gloves as needed.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
