A Special 90-Minute “Sword and Zen” Experience
Experience the spirit of Miyamoto Musashi through a 90-minute “Sword and Zen” journey led by Mr. Segami, an assistant master of Gorin Kenjutsu, a swordsmanship school based on The Book of Five Rings.
Begin with Aimamie, a traditional ritual of respect and mental preparation. Visit Musashizuka Park and Musashi’s grave while learning about his history and philosophy.
Through Gorin Kenjutsu, experience the essence of Musashi’s Niten Ichi-ryū and discover the deeper principles of movement, timing, distance, and the connection between mind and body.
The experience concludes with Zanshin, a moment of reflection, Q&A, and commemorative photos.
