The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Children/Youth Standard: Age under 18 and height under 140cm (exclusive)

Children under 140cm in height are not permitted to purchase tickets alone; they must be accompanied by a guardian who purchases a single ticket to enter. Specific entry arrangements are subject to the on-site announcements at the store.

After purchasing tickets, you need to go to the front desk to exchange for a wristband and activate it before entering:

Tickets are for personal use only. Queuing may be required for attractions during peak hours.

For your safety, after drinking alcohol, activities such as bumper cars, go-karts, archery, live-action CS, and bowling are prohibited. Note: Non-slip socks must be worn to enter high-altitude areas, and can be purchased at the store's front desk for 10 yuan a pair.

Warm reminder: All equipment on the premises will undergo irregular maintenance, upkeep, and inspection. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you encounter an inspection during your experience. The following activities require meeting height requirements to participate.

Slide Area: Height 120cm and above

Go-karting: Height 100cm and above

High-altitude climbing, rock climbing: height 140cm and above

Slides, high-altitude climbing, and rock climbing require participants to be at least 8 years old; visitors over 55 years old are not permitted to experience the above activities.

For a better gaming experience, it is recommended to wear long pants, sports shoes, and bring your own non-slip socks for entry.

Note: Non-slip socks are required for entry into high-altitude areas. They can be purchased at the store's front desk for 10 yuan a pair.
