• Children aged 1.0 to 2 are not recommended to participate. If you wish to join, please notify us by email in advance. Infants and children are charged the same price as adults, and a note is required. 1. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. This itinerary is a fixed carpooling route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next meeting point on your own.
3. Please note that no fees will be refunded to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
4. If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding. However, this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. The driver may recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. Purchases are optional and not mandatory.
7. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
8. Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase your own if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
9. We will send you a travel information email between 16:00 and 21:00 the day before your trip. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip; no refunds or changes are allowed on the day! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
10. For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, we are unable to add you as a friend directly using your LINE ID. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before your trip and send the LINE group link to you via email. Once you receive the email, please click the link to join the LINE group for easier communication. Thank you!
11. 12-person small group starting from 2 people with hotel pickup, and return hotel drop-off. This 9-person small group itinerary includes a driver only and no tour guide. This small group is equipped with a Japanese / Chinese / English speaking driver, and tourists explore on their own. Due to language service limitations, the driver does not provide full in-depth guided commentary, your understanding is appreciated.
12. There is no specially reserved time for lunch during the itinerary. Please grab a meal at the zoo's fast-food restaurant or a convenience store along the way. Thank you!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
