• At Nijigen no Mori, some attractions may not be available due to maintenance or other reasons. Please understand that refunds cannot be issued.
• Admission fees to areas requiring an additional charge are not included.
• All attraction areas are outdoors. In case of rain, please wear raincoats or similar items when using the facilities.
• For precautions regarding each area, please check the Nijigen no Mori official website.
• The time required for each activity and arrival times may vary depending on road conditions and congestion at the destination. The duration of your stay at each spot may be shortened due to road conditions. Please note that tours cannot be canceled or refunded for this reason.
• Seat selection is not available.
• After returning from each activity spot and taking a restroom break, please be sure to gather at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart as scheduled regardless of whether all attendees are present. If you miss the bus due to not returning on time, no refunds will be issued, and no alternative transportation support can be provided.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• The following items are prohibited: drones
• Pets are prohibited
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
