• In the event of a Yellow or Red Rainstorm Warning, or a Standby Signal No. 1, the cruise service will operate as usual. If a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before departure, the cruise will be canceled. Passengers can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule. If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning during the voyage, the cruise will immediately return to the boarding location for dismissal
