Convenient location of the company's offices with bus stops in Kuta and Ubud. I took hotels nearby, so I didn’t take a taxi to move. Good value for money.

All staff were nice, helpful, and friendly. Taking perama as an option for travelling Bali on budget is good choice tho. What I experienced, they arrived on time and leave on time.

Not recommended as it is more efficient to book a Grab or Go Car from Legian to Ubud (costs about SGD20) than to travel by taxi from Legian to Kuta and then take the shuttle from Kuta to Ubud, and then to take another taxi from Ubud to the hotel, which might work out to be almost as expensive. Rescheduling was easy though. But it's just too much hassle to get from hotel to hotel. I forfeited this in the end and did not use it.

Bus was not comfortable at all, aircon was so bad probably just fan blowing out I guess. The trip form south to Ubud was so stuffy! Uncomfortable especially in the afternoon sun!

I arrived at the company's office in Kuta around 4:00 pm. They issued a ticket and said to wait on the second floor. There they have a small waiting area with tables and free tea and coffee. At 16-30 an employee came and said that the bus was already waiting. Then he took us outside and drove another 5 minutes to the bus. Arrived quickly without incident
