good, the bus is on time, the driver is good, the route is appropriate, because I suddenly asked for departure earlier than the booking hours, it turns out it can.
We got from Sanur to Ubud as stated. But the ride there was incredibly uncomfortable. I guess what could you expect for the budget price, my fault perhaps. The shuttle bus we took did not have air conditioning. If it was running, we could not feel it. Luckily the windows were open so the air could flow through. The driver was an uncomfortably aggressive driver. A lot of stop and go, stop and go, so much honking, and going around other vehicles in tight spaces. In addition to that he was on his phone the entire time. ... but we made it! :/
Thank you for choosing Klook and for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that you had an uncomfortable experience during the transfer. We will coordinate with the operator to provide this feedback for us to improve the services that we provide to customers. We appreciate your understanding.
Very Very disappointed with our booking through Klook (third party) with Perama Bus. We were in Nusa taking the fast boat to Sanur, there were no booth to buy our Perama Bus ticket on the island and since Klook is so much more convenient at distance, we decided to book online. However, worst to expect. BEWARE. There's a restaurant called Warung Pojok on the main street and it's far from the dropping point of the fast boat. Perama pick-up point is at the convenience store 5 min walk from the drop off point. Please do not make the same mistake and walk under the blasting sun with all our backpacks on for an hour. Now, if I could give 0, I would have given 0 to Perama. We have taken Perama before by booking directly with them and it was wonderful. However, if they are unable to handle third party reservations, they should not seek a bigger clientele by offering it. Because we walked to the wrong Warung Pojok, we only arrived 15 minutes before pick-up time and I had whatsapped Perama to let them know and hopefully they'd wait for us. Hope you got it, we arrived EARLY. Fifty minutes after the scheduled departure time, we were still waiting and the lady at the shop had a call. At one point, one of a guy standing on the street waved at us and yelled "Perama bus!!" and pointed in a direction and I couldn't see it from where I was standing. The lady at the shop said no no no so I didn't bother go look. One hour later, we were still there, waiting. The excuse is, there is alot of traffic. May I say it was very very hot too? Our bus was supposed to leave at 12:30pm, it was now 1:30pm and the next scheduled shuttle is at 2:00pm. At that time, another traveler arrived and he is here for the 2:00pm shuttle to Ubud. He told us he wanted to take the 12:30pm one, but was told it's full so he can only get the 2:00pm one. The 2:00pm bus arrived 10 minutes late. At that moment, all the pieces of the puzzle fell into places. When that man waved us the shuttle bus, it was really a Perama bus, but the lady at the shop has received a call probably telling her the bus is full and there's no place for us 2 who have booked it online. They never wanted to admit it (yes, I was so unhappy I sent a message through their whatsapp) and they always denied it and blamed the crazy traffic. Alright, I asked the people who were picked up before us on the shuttle and yes, this shuttle is running a bit late, but not 1:30 hour late! And guess what? The crazy traffic didn't took that long to get to Ubud after all. They just didn't have the decency to admit their mistake and let us know. We could've enjoyed the Sanur beach if they just told us the shuttle will be on the next scheduled one and we wouldn't have waited like 2 idiots at the shop for 2 hours. We were going to take their shuttle service to the airport because it's so much cheaper than taxi but got such a terrible experience and response from them that we chose to pay a taxi instead. Perama, if you cannot handle a third party reservations (in this case Klook), DO NOT grow greedy and try to sell what you can't provide.

The trip was great! We left a little earlier, so come early!
great bus ride very comfortable went to beach and enjoyed kuta a lot
Easy and affordable transport from Sanur to Ubud after our time on the Nusa islands! Our driver even dropped us off closer to our hotel as it was on the way before the final drop off point. Highly recommend
The trip went very well. I am very satisfied with this trip. All were very good, I received a lot of help on this trip. From the driver to the staff, I was always helpful when I needed it.
The service was convenient HOWEVER it would have been nice for the driver to offer to help me with one of my bags (I am travelling with 2 bags). And clearly I am an older female. That little extra service would have made everything perfect
this is an awesome deal from klook. no delays and smooth travel. keep it up
It was so convenient and worth the money... they leave on time so might as well be in the waiting area 15-20 minutes early.
