By combining the speed and reach of Shinkansen transport with Sagawa’s precise local delivery network, the service enables same-day luggage delivery between the Kyoto/Osaka area and the Hiroshima/Fukuoka area. Designed to help inbound tourists enjoy a hands-free sightseeing experience, travelers can drop off their luggage at a Crosta counter or designated station location and have it delivered to their destination station or hotel on the same day.
