- Adult ticket: height above 1.5 meters, and age from 14 (inclusive) to 59 (inclusive) years old
- Student ticket: Full-time university students enrolled through national unified admission in mainland China
- Concessionary tickets: Students aged 14 and above who are currently enrolled in school, or children with special circumstances whose height exceeds the standard; seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above; disabled individuals holding a valid disability certificate issued by the China Disabled Persons' Federation; active military personnel (holding an officer's certificate/soldier's certificate), military academy cadets, disabled veterans, and retired military cadres.
- Child ticket: children whose height is between 1.2 meters (inclusive) and 1.5 meters (exclusive), or who are under 14 years old and taller than 1.2 meters.
- A maximum of 10 ticket(s) can be made per booking. Klook reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious purchasing behavior
