We arrived with little time to spare, but the staff were very helpful. The tour lasted about 30-40 minutes. We got completely soaked from the rapids, but it was an enjoyable experience for the whole family. Please note that water comes in and drains out of the boat's floor, so sneakers will get 100% wet, and flip-flops might float away. We rode with our 10-year-old son, and he said it was the most fun he had during our Niagara trip. My wife and I both found it to be a delightful experience.
