Niagara Falls Day Tour, Boat Cruise and Journey Behind the Falls

Our tour guide, Luis, and driver, Lisa, were attentive and friendly, taking care of every traveler's needs. We understand that this type of local tour often includes visits to local specialty shops, but we suggest spending less time there. The highlight of this trip was Niagara Falls, and we felt the time spent there was too short. Personally, I think the visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake could be omitted. I participated in "Journey Behind the Falls" and "Niagara's Fury" (or "Niagara Takes Flight" if that's the correct name). Tour guide Luis scheduled these activities with only a 30-minute gap, which meant if I had been delayed in the first activity, the second one would have been ruined. After completing both activities, I had less than 15 minutes to go outside and take photos of the falls.

When you come to Toronto, you must go to Niagara Falls to experience its great shock. It is very convenient to join the tour, and you can also go sightseeing in the city.

There's a free maple syrup factory tasting arranged. I heard the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is relatively more scenic (I didn't take the optional boat tour, as I was afraid of getting wet and having to wash clothes). It's worth purchasing the direct bus service from downtown Toronto to the falls.

This was the best tour! Highlight 1: Transportation was provided. Since we traveled by bus, I was able to sleep the whole time! Highlight 2: We took the boat ride at Niagara Falls, and it was magnificent. We got in smoothly! Highlight 3: The maple syrup experience allowed us to taste three different kinds, which was a valuable experience. I'm completely satisfied with the price and the time spent! I highly recommend it.

With a thoughtful guide, we boarded the boat cruise with minimal waiting and received an entertaining and informative commentary. The itinerary was great overall, but the Floral Clock was only useful for a restroom break! This was a comfortable day trip, returning to Toronto at 5:20 PM, perfect for dinner.

The trip was great, we had a good time although it was cold. The instruction on pick up location is clear, driver is responsible and friendly.

When we arrived at Niagara, our next departure was scheduled for 12:00 PM, so we had to wait from 12 PM until 1:30 PM because the bus broke down, and the plan changed, delay was then deducted from our allocated time and we were allowed to visit other destinations just for few minutes even though the delay was caused by the bus issue and was not our fault. Guide was a good person though !
