- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a No-show, and no refunds will be given, nor will it be possible to join the tour midway. Please be aware of this.
- The scheduled tour route may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware of this.
- Due to limited space in the luggage storage compartment, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the remarks section. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- Infants and toddlers: Free for children under 3 years old. One adult may only bring one infant or toddler under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. Meals and attraction tickets are not provided. A child fee will be charged for occupying a seat, please be aware. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler under 3 years old, please make a note in the remarks section.
- The ripening period of fruits can vary due to weather, and it is also possible to consume fruits that have been picked in advance.
- Tottori Sand Dunes Friendly reminder: The sand is very hot in summer, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. When it's windy, hats can easily be blown away, so please hold onto them tightly.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
