• 【About Late Refunds】Since the one-day tour is a shared car service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refund will be given.
• 【About the Meeting Point】 Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. It is recommended that you arrive at the meeting point early to avoid missing the departure time. This is a shared ride tour. To protect the rights and interests of all passengers and ensure the smooth progress of the tour, we will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. We appreciate your understanding. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given.

• 【Regarding Bus Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the bus. If personal actions cause damage to the interior equipment or defacement of the vehicle, compensation must be paid according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.

• 【Regarding Personal Preparation / Health and Safety】Travelers are requested to prepare for cold or heat in advance, according to the season and daily weather changes.

• 【About Chartered Car Language Service】Driver languages are mainly Chinese or Japanese. English service will be arranged as much as possible depending on the day's dispatch. Drivers can also use translation software on-site for English communication. Please be aware of this.
• 【About chartered car pick-up and drop-off locations】Both pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses within the Osaka area (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, the driver may need to reserve empty driving time or additional fees may apply depending on the actual situation).

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
