It’s worth it 👍🏻 I have to give a thumbs up to the driver who took us there. He was kind, patient and full of smiles. Even though I kept asking questions, the driver still responded with a smile. He also knew that it was our first time in Shanghai and he was worried that we wouldn’t know how to get to the park, so he even walked with us for a while. He was really nice. The first stop we arrived at made us feel great👍🏻We had a great time.
Friendly and polite driver. He arrived promptly and was easy to locate. He will give recommendation and you text him the location for pickup when you are done with the tour.

asked for English speaking driver but got one that doesn't know any English at all. No knowledge or suggestion or recommendation for any place of interest. Cigarette smoke filled the whole car.
The driver was very considerate. Because of the additional addition of Guangfulin Heritage Park and the change of return location to Sheshan Shimao, the additional mileage fee was charged. The driver was also very enthusiastic in booking a car from Yushan Shimao back to the hotel in the city and from the hotel to the hotel. The airport car saves you a lot of trouble in booking a car.
I couldn't contact him without a mainland phone number, but the driver brother waited in the hotel lobby in advance, and helped to suggest other itineraries and book dinner restaurants on his behalf. Excellent! Driver was kind, on time. Car was clean, and we appreciated the free water bottles. Note the driver/car information shared from the email didn’t match who actually arrived, but the driver held a klook sign that had my name so that helped. Overall great experience. Would use this service again.
