From Da Nang: My Son Sanctuary Half-Day UNESCO Site Tour with Japanese Speaking Guide

I was surprised that lunch was at Madam Lan in Da Nang. Since I was traveling alone, I couldn't finish it all, but I think there was enough food for three people. I believe the quality of the detailed explanations about the ruins depends on which guide you get.

Our guide taught us a lot about the My Son Sanctuary. Since it was a tour, it was a bit disappointing that we could only see a portion of the large site, but it made for an efficient trip.

The shuttle vehicle was a 3-row minivan. The interior was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Since the outside temperature was high, I was able to cool down during the ride. The driver drove safely, and of course, seatbelts were worn. The guide also provided attentive service and detailed explanations of the ruins. It was reassuring to hear the explanations in Japanese. This tour comes highly recommended.

The guide was enjoyable. I have no complaints about the My Son Sanctuary tour itself, but it was disappointing that lunch was cut and that the car ride was longer than advertised due to the round trip via Hoi An.

I booked this tour through Klook, expecting lunch to be included, but there was no lunch. Instead, we stopped at a souvenir shop in town, which was not mentioned on Klook. The description was misleading. You need to urgently update your listing to state that lunch is not included, otherwise, it's deceptive. The archaeological site visit itself was explained thoroughly, and there were no issues with that part.

The schedule indicated a lunch break, but no instructions were actually given. The breakdown of charges didn't include lunch, so I didn't confirm which was correct. (I didn't have much of an appetite anyway.)

Everything was wonderful, from the content to the personalities of Mr. Hee and Mr. Chin. They also didn't ask for tips. It was the best tour. I highly recommend it! I truly had a great time. Thank you very much.

After booking, they will email you the pickup time. It was easy to understand because it was also notified in the app. However, please be aware that there might be discrepancies between the schedule and the actual content. For this particular trip, lunch was not included, so it might be a good idea to carefully consider where you'd like to be dropped off.

The pick-up and drop-off service and the tour content were excellent and very enjoyable. However, I was very disappointed that the restaurant we were recommended and had a reservation made for us in Hoi An at the end of the tour felt like a rip-off due to its high prices. Of course, we chose to go there ourselves based on the recommendation, but considering the balance between taste and price, and the cost of living in Vietnam, it was regrettable. It's truly disappointing that after being warned repeatedly about scams, this particular recommendation turned out to be so overpriced.
