- Free for children aged 0-5
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Participants aged 6-12 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Participants aged 13-18 are considered youth, based on their official ID
- Participants aged 19 - 64 are considered adult, based on their official ID
- Participants aged over 65 are considered seniors, based on their official ID
- Please refer to the faq for the venue policies, prohibitions and limitations
- Please swap your smartphone voucher at the ticket window in exchange for a physical gondola entry ticket
- Family tickets (2+2) and one-way ride tickets are available onsite only
- Opening hours indicate the first ride up and the last ride down
- One ride is 10 minutes and each gondola holds 8 passengers
- The gondolas run in all weather conditions, but dress appropriately
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
