Points to Note

• Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis and until the quotas are filled.
• Enrollment will be suspended 3 working days prior to the commencement of each class.
• Once the enrollment process is completed, the confirmed class cannot be cancelled. No refund will be given and no quota can be transferred to other applicant.

Class Rules and Regulations

• Students must arrive Kee Wah Studio 10 minutes before the class and provide confirmation email to studio staff for checking.
• Students should attend the class on time. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes in any case the lecture is considered as cancelled. You will not be able to attend the lecture, refund or other arrangement.
• No video recording is allowed during class. If such case is discovered, Kee Wah Studio reserves the right to request the student to delete the related video or terminate the class.
• During the class, no one except students can be admitted to the classroom.
• Absent students will be deemed to give up the class. No additional class will be arranged nor class fee will be refunded.
• Participants who are 16 year-old or older are accepted for general classes only.
• Participants must be "1 adult + 1 kid" combination to attend the parent-kid class, maximum 2 participants.
• The age limitation of parent-kid class will be depended on class requirement.
• Students with food allergies should decide whether they are suitable to enroll the class or contact Kee Wah Studio to seek advice of ingredients of the class for reference. Kee Wah Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions occurred.
• In case of any damage on the tools or facilities due to negligence or intentional misconduct, compensation should be made.
• Students should take care of the safety and personal belongings of their accompanying child. Kee Wah Studio will not be responsible for any accident caused.
• Kee Wah Studio may take photos for students or their finished products during class for record or promotional purpose.
• For the safety of yourself and the others in class you shall follow the instructions of the class instructor at all times.
• If the class instructor considers you are acting in an unacceptable manner, including but not limited to causing nuisance to other participants in class, inflicting bodily harm to others, using any language or actions likely to cause offence or annoyance to others, or behaving in an indecent manner, Kee Wah Studio has the right to ask you to leave the premise or to dismiss you from the entire course in which case you will not be entitled to any refund or alternative arrangement.
• Please wear sensible clothing. Kee Wah Studio is not liable for any damage to clothing that occurs during the course of the class.

Change of class

• If the enrolled class is unable to proceed due to lack of participants, Kee Wah Studio reserves the right to cancel the class. The studio will contact the students about the cancellation 48 hours before the class by email or phone. Student can change to another timeslot of the same class.
• No additional handling fee will be charged for reschedule of class; however, it is limited to the quota of the new class and reschedule can be done once only.
• Students will receive an email confirmation once the reschedule application is approved.
• If the reschedule of class cannot be done due to special conditions, Kee Wah Studio reserves the right to make the final decision

Liability

Kee Wah Studio will not be liable for the following situation:

• Any loss, accidental damage or injury arising during the class or resulting from the actions of anyone attending the class.
• Any loss or damage to any personal belongings.
• Any loss which is indirect or consequential.
• Any loss resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of Kee Wah Studio.
