• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. Our company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note.
• The towel rental service at Jozankei Onsen is a charged item. It is recommended that you bring your own towel in advance for more convenience.
• Hot spring fees need to be paid by guests themselves. Please prepare enough cash in advance.
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, not a tour guide. Please understand.
• Maintenance and cleaning work will be carried out inside the Great Buddha Hall from September 25 to October 20, 2026. During the maintenance period, the head of the Great Buddha may not be clearly visible, and access to some areas may be restricted. Other attractions in the park, such as the Moai statues and Stonehenge, can still be visited as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
