Our tour guide, Leo, was incredibly attentive, responsible, and polite. The schedule was perfectly arranged. I especially want to mention that when we couldn't get a Lucky Pierrot burger at the main store, he immediately called other branches to ensure we got to try Hakodate's specialty. The burger was truly delicious, and we're very grateful to Leo! We hope to have him guide us around Hakodate again next time. Our tour guide, Leo, shared about the interesting facts and history of each places, tips to take night scenery shot without crowd and even provide water due to long bus ride. Overall, it was a great itinerary to see the highlights of Hakodate and south western part of Hokkaido.

He managed our time exceptionally well, ensuring each attraction was perfectly timed so everyone could enjoy themselves without feeling rushed. What touched me most was his thoughtfulness and sense of responsibility. He constantly monitored the weather before we set off, and specifically reminded everyone to bring an umbrella before we headed to Motomachi Park. As it turned out, a heavy downpour really did start later. I hadn't brought an umbrella, and Leo kindly lent me his. I'm truly grateful for that 😊 Throughout the entire journey, whether it was the route planning, time management, or looking after the tourists, I could feel Leo's dedication and care. He is not only professional and reliable but also always anticipates various situations, allowing everyone to have a worry-free and enjoyable time. In two days, we efficiently traversed southern Hokkaido and effortlessly checked off all the key highlights. The itinerary was very well-packed: we visited Lake Toya, Showa-shinzan Bear Ranch, the Hakodate night view, the Morning Market for seafood, and Noboribetsu Jigokudani all in one go. The night view of Hakodate was breathtaking, and the seafood at the morning market was super fresh! The group tour experience was fantastic. I must give a special shoutout to our tour guide, Bingbing! I sprained my ankle two days before the trip and was worried I would slow down the whole group. However, tour guide Bingbing took exceptionally good care of me! She arranged the best seat on the bus for me, proactively helped me get on and off, and deliberately slowed her pace to wait for me during sightseeing. She constantly checked in on my condition, which made me feel so warm and completely put my anxious mind at ease. The driver was also very smooth and steady. Although the itinerary was compact, Bingbing's thoughtful care made me feel completely at ease and touched throughout the trip. I booked this 2-day Hokkaido tour departing from Sapporo, and the overall itinerary was arranged exceptionally well. There was no backtracking, and we got to experience all the highlights of southern Hokkaido in just two days. The value for money is truly super high! What touched me the most, however, was our tour guide, Bingbing. Two days before departure, my mother accidentally sprained her ankle, and I was originally very worried she wouldn't be able to keep up with the itinerary. But the stop times at each location were more than sufficient, and with Bingbing taking such good care of my mother, she had a wonderful time over the past two days and took many photos she loves! The itinerary was very well planned; whenever there was a drive of two hours or more, there was always a 10-minute rest stop. There was ample free time. For the Hakodate day and night views, be prepared to find the best spot upon arrival. Also, allow enough time to queue for the cable car down the mountain. I highly recommend this itinerary.
