This place is perfect for families, even with elderly members or those with limited mobility. They can still enjoy the scenery and natural beauty. Although it rained a little that day, the weather cleared up beautifully afterward, and we even saw a rainbow. It's a must-visit! However, our schedule was too tight. The ticket included three cable car rides with unlimited use, but we didn't have enough time to ride all three, only two. That was a minor drawback. Afterward, our guide took us to see the waterfall and the natural beauty of the Three Sisters. It was truly stunning and magnificent.
Simon was our Chinese tour guide, and he was very nice and a very safe driver. Although the weather was poor that day and the Blue Mountains were so foggy that we couldn't see any of the views, he remained humorous and optimistic, reminding us that even "regret" can be its own kind of scenery! Simon's time management was very organized; when we went to the zoo, he took us to take photos with the koalas first so that we wouldn't have to wait in a long line, and then he left us some time to explore on our own. Even at Scenic World, Simon would always be waiting nearby after we finished the cable car rides or when it was time to leave, making him very easy to find. Overall, Simon's service was truly excellent, making our trip even more enjoyable!
Simon was an outstanding tour guide and driver. Today was an extremely rare 40-degree day in Sydney, yet he took great care of us throughout the whole journey, always making sure we were comfortable and safe. With his decades of guiding experience, Simon led us to a truly in-depth and memorable experience, sharing rich knowledge and insights along the way. We are deeply grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and wonderful companionship. Highly recommended!
A very worthwhile experience. The tour guide provided detailed information. We visited many spots, but there was enough time at each for everyone to explore. We saw many animals unique to Australia at the zoo, and we could even take pictures with koalas. If the weather is good, the canyon and Three Sisters are also very beautiful!
An absolutely fantastic trip! Our guide, Lydia, is fluent in 3 written and 2 spoken languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, so bringing my parents along wasn't a problem at all. The itinerary was perfect; the only slight issue was the lunch break, which was a bit too short to eat in a restaurant.
Excellent value for money, a rich itinerary, and a professional and attentive tour leader and driver made for a very good trip.
The itinerary is rich. It's fun to feed kangaroos at the zoo, and the koalas are so cute! The Blue Mountains scenery is beautiful and well worth a visit!
Both the tour guide and driver were excellent, and the itinerary was very smooth. We will definitely sign up again!
Our tour guide Tom was super friendly and professional which also gave us many information along the tour. The time allocation was just right which wouldn’t be so rush. However, we could only spent a little time at the Blue Moutain scenic world. Most of the time we’re waiting in the lines for taking the cable cars and trams.
Simon is great! It's a shame the red cable car was under maintenance and we couldn't ride it, but the weather was amazing!
