I was with my mom in this tour and it was a very memorable experience for us. First is I booked grab from Taipei City going to Tein Lai Resort and Spa in Jinshan New Taipei (If you’re a nature lover? You must really book this tour 😊) So, we arrived at the hotel and few minutes after the grab car left, My mom realized that she forgot her Iphone and Power Bank at the back seat of the car. I immediately go to the front desk and the two staffs on duty that time (My bad, I forgot their names 😂) And they did not hesitate to help us! Both of them tried to contact the grab driver in any means until we managed to contact the driver and since the driver really cannot understand english the staff is the one who spoke to the grab driver (At first we loose hope already that my mom’s things will not be returned on us), But thanks God the driver went back (Even the Resort is really far), gave back my mom’s iphone and power bank and even sent us back to our hotel in Taipei City!😊😊😊 It was my mom’s birthday that day and Tein Lai Resort and Spa did not fail me to make it really special for her. The picnic around the open garden with magnificent views of the mountain (though there is no cherry blossoms already which I want my mom to see) is really awesome!😍 and the 2 personal butlers were really accomodating and friendly.. (I forgot their names as well. sorry 😅) I will highly recommend this tour for tourists who loves nature and submerge in the natural hot spring.. Over all The Place, The Staffs, The Food is really amazing and worth it for it’s prize!😊
