• If you choose a private tour package, due to the limited number of guides, there may not be a suitable language guide available during peak tourist season. We will contact you at least 2 days in advance, and you can apply to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.
• This itinerary is quite strenuous. Please ensure you are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are any travelers aged 60 (inclusive) or above, they must sign a "Health Commitment Letter" with our company and be accompanied by at least one adult relative to join the tour. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to the destination being a high-altitude area, this route cannot accommodate infants (14 days to under 3 years old) and pregnant women. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
• If your package does not include high-speed rail tickets, please note your high-speed rail time and train number when placing your order. If you need to be dropped off at a hotel near the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley on your return trip, please note your hotel name. If you need to be dropped off at Huanglong Jiuzhai High-speed Rail Station, please note your return train number and desired departure time. (The journey from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area to the high-speed rail station takes approximately 2-3 hours, please allow sufficient travel time.)
• For this itinerary, travelers need to take a bullet train from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station on their own. On the day of travel, it is recommended to arrive at the station approximately 1 hour before the train's departure. Tourists holding a Chinese mainland ID card can directly swipe their ID card to enter the station. Foreign tourists should present the original document used when placing the order and enter through the manual channel. Please understand that no refunds will be issued if the traveler misses the train and delays the itinerary due to personal reasons.
• For passengers holding a passport or a Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan travel permit, purchasing high-speed train tickets requires a photo of the front page of your document; please send the order number and photos of the front page of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address on the confirmation slip or to your travel butler as soon as possible after order confirmation.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when booking your tickets. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• This itinerary requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
• In winter, the weather in the Jiuzhaigou area is cold, and traffic control may be implemented due to heavy snow or icy roads. In such cases, we will arrange for your itinerary to be rescheduled or canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
• The destination of this product is at a high altitude. Guests with severe high blood pressure, heart disease, and other conditions, as well as elderly guests, should decide whether to travel cautiously, based on their own physical condition and doctor's advice. After registration, please prepare medications that can effectively relieve symptoms caused by altitude sickness in advance, and make all necessary preparations before the trip. The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and intense UV rays. Guests are advised to bring items such as sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, and lip balm. The temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas is significant, so guests should prepare long-sleeved shirts and trousers, as well as warm clothing. Additionally, it is recommended to bring medicines such as cold medicine, stomach medicine, aspirin, tranquilizers, and headache powders to prevent discomfort caused by altitude sickness. During the trip, if you feel unwell, please notify the scenic area staff and travel agency immediately, and ask the service personnel to assist with medical treatment, following doctor's advice.
• Ticket Refund Policy: From April 1st to November 14th, free tickets are refunded 100 yuan, and half-price tickets are refunded 50 yuan; From November 15th to March 31st, free tickets are refunded 40 yuan, and half-price tickets are refunded 20 yuan (for relevant discounted ticket policies, please refer to the scenic area's regulations. If there are eligible individuals, please make a note when placing the order or inform customer service promptly. Scenic area tickets cannot be changed after booking).
• The Jiuzhaigou route is for short trips, and the vehicle has ample space for daily luggage. If you are on a long journey with large suitcases, please pay attention to the size and quantity of your luggage. For reference, common vehicle trunk space: a 7-seater vehicle can accommodate 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage, and a 9-seater vehicle can accommodate 7 pieces of 24-inch luggage. If you have a lot of luggage, please be sure to contact customer service in advance to adjust the vehicle!
• Please note that travelers using China's 240-hour transit visa exemption cannot enter the Jiuzhaigou area and are unable to participate in this itinerary!
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.

What to bring

• High-altitude areas have large temperature differences, so bring warm clothes + seasonal clothes, sneakers, and sun protection gear. For food, bring energy-boosting items like chocolate and beef jerky, and snacks to stave off hunger such as biscuits, bread, and cakes. Don't forget your ID card, passport, and any discount cards. A backpack is useful for carrying snacks and water around the scenic area.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
