• For tourists who choose packages including high-speed rail tickets, to avoid delays, it is recommended that you arrive at Chengdu East Railway Station 30 minutes in advance for boarding; your dedicated driver and vehicle will pick you up at the local exit, please proceed with peace of mind.
• For this itinerary, travelers need to take a bullet train from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station on their own. On the day of departure, it is recommended to arrive at the station approximately 1 hour before the train's departure. Tourists holding a Chinese mainland ID card can directly swipe their ID card to enter the station. Foreign visitors should present the original document used when placing the order and enter through the manual channel. Please understand that no refunds will be issued if the traveler misses the train and delays the itinerary due to personal reasons.
• If your package does not include high-speed rail tickets, please note your high-speed rail time and train number when placing your order. If you need to be dropped off at a hotel near Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance for your return trip, please note your hotel name. If you need to be dropped off at Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail Station, please note your return train number and desired departure time. (The journey from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance to the high-speed rail station takes approximately 2-3 hours, please allow sufficient travel time)
• The train schedule displayed on the page is for reference only; actual tickets issued will prevail. The round-trip travel time between the high-speed rail station and the scenic area is for reference; during peak season traffic jams or icy road conditions in winter, the actual time taken will apply.

• 〖Clothing Guide〗The temperature in Jiuzhaigou is relatively low, the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, and the ultraviolet rays are strong. Please bring a thin down jacket, cotton coat, and thick coat in September and October. If you don't have a coat, don't worry, you can rent it in the scenic area, or buy a beautiful shawl, which can keep you warm and add a bright color to your beautiful photos. Important: Bring sunglasses and sunscreen.
• All meals are self-catered throughout the trip. Within the scenic area, there is Nuorilang Restaurant for dining, and also small shops where you can buy instant noodles and snacks. You can choose according to your own needs.
• Please do not misunderstand that the local specialty supermarkets located in the scenic area's stalls, shopping points, or along the rest stops and near restaurants are not controlled by our company. The local area is a plateau region. If you want to prevent altitude sickness, please prepare altitude sickness medication yourself before departure.
• Before traveling, please consider your own health conditions, follow your doctor's advice, and travel with caution.
• Bookings are not accepted for the following types of guests: wheelchair users, pregnant women, patients with respiratory diseases, patients with cardiovascular diseases.
• Due to different standards for scenic spots or venues, children's prices do not include admission fees and round-trip bullet train tickets.
• Due to the destination being a high-altitude area, this route cannot accommodate infants (14 days to under 3 years old) and pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding.
• For safety reasons, seniors over 65 need a young person to accompany them for registration; minors under 18 need an adult to accompany them for registration.
• All pets, weapons and explosives, dangerous chemicals, dangerous tools, other unlisted prohibited items from origin and destination countries, alcohol and drugs, and flammables are prohibited.
• All scenic spots require entry with the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permit. Please be sure to bring the document you used when booking your ticket. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
