• Please ensure full names are provided when finalizing your booking. Tickets arenominative and non-transferable, requiring the holder’s name. Visitors mustpresent valid ID at ticket checks. Participants must have their physical ID card ora valid passport to show at ticket checks.
• This tour may not be fully suitable for guests with mobility or accessibility needs(including wheelchair users), due to the route and group logistics.
• Large bags are not permitted. All visitors must pass through a security checkwhich involves a bag search. For everyone's safety, all bags, rucksacks,packages and personal items may be searched before entry. There is always acompulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering theColiseum.
• The visit will take place in an archaeological area with very steep, uneveninclines leading. Agility and surefootedness are particularly essential.
• 72 HRS cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 72hours prior to tour departure and / or no-shows.
• Please note that the itinerary of the tour may vary according to the dayscheduling you may visit first the Colosseum than the Roman Forum orviceversa.
• Guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as tours will start at the exact scheduled time. No delays are tolerated and will not entitle any refund, not even a partial one.
