Reviews summaryGreat tour, Favio was such an amazing tour guide, full of stories and very knowledgeable. The only thing is the meeting spot can be a bit confusing, we got lost but did managed to turn up just in time. Otherwise, enjoyable tour.
A visit to Rome can never be complete without stopping by at the Roman colosseum, Roman forum and the Palatine hill. Not only an engineering marvel, it's rich in culture. The trip would take about 3 hours and our guide was passionately explaining the history and culture behind all the buildings. I find the lesser known Roman forum and Palatine Hill a slightly better place to spend time and gawk at all the wonders that is Rome.
Excellent Tour and even Amazing Guide. We have learned so much about the history of The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hills. When in rome (especially first timers), make sure to take this opportunity.
Our guide (Carmen) was excellent, with perfect Spanish, and complete control over the group and the history. Her explanations were very good, and she knew how to resolve all the doubts that arose. She managed the group and schedules with punctuality.
Visiting the Colosseum was a true highlight of my time in Rome. The scale and history of the place are just incredible — it's like stepping back in time. The tour was well-organized, and walking through the ancient arena and underground areas made the whole experience unforgettable. A must-see for anyone visiting Rome!
We got to see SO much in one tour! The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, so much of the oldest parts of Rome. And our tour guide was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable, so kind, so friendly, we had the best time and learned so much!
Our guide, Christina, is an archaeologist and is very knowledgeable. There’s so much to take in but she was able to condense everything into 2-3 hours and answer a lot of our questions. The tour company is well-organised and there are many support staffs on the ground.
This Tour was guided by Ms. Alexandra. She explained the history in every detail. The tour was lasted for 3 hours. The weather was sunny and can't drink a lot of water because the queue in WC was a little bit long. It will ruin the tour unfortunately. But our tour guide waited us until we come back again. Overall we really enjoyed this tour even our feet and backaches.🫣 Well recommended.
Very well spent money for a small group guided tour! There were 12 of us and our guide was Egli! She was very approachable, informative and knowledge about Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. We covered the first 2 floors of Colosseum, no Arena or underground. The 3 hours was just nice and we walked about 8k that morning alone. Wear good and comfortable shoes!
Rita is the tour guide you didn't know you needed until you have her. She made our trek through the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Colosseum an absolute blast. With a passion for Roman history that’s as deep as her Italian roots, Rita turned ancient ruins into vivid stories. Her warmth and charm made us feel like we were catching up with an old friend, not just tagging along on a tour. No question was too quirky—she answered everything with enthusiasm and flair. The energy she brought kept the whole experience lively and engaging, with not a single dull moment. If you're heading to Rome, do yourself a favour and book with Rita—you’ll thank me later.
