Banff Gondola and Banff Village Full-Day Sightseeing Tour

Hao, the tour guide, was great. He explained many Canadian stories to us, introduced us to authentic Canadian cuisine, and also provided thoughtful snacks. This was a wonderful trip, and I highly recommend this itinerary.

The listing was deceiving (there is no sleigh ride included or johnston canyon was not available), but Sam made up for it by being the best guide! Thank you Sam!

Giving a one-star rating is actually very generous for this tour Guide (Hal).The pickup was on time. That's the only thing that was done right. The commentary from Calgary to Banff was moderate. The tour guide (Hal) did not seem knowledgeable regarding the natural wonders in Banff. I barely learnt anything new. Once we reached Banff, there was no guided tour. The guide (Hal) did not provide guiding services about the scenery in Banff at all. Yet the itinerary states guided service. It was basically self-exploration. I mean whats the point of paying for a tour guide if you are going to do it yourself?On top of that, during the journey back to Calgary from Banff, Hal was on his phone speaking to his people. This is so unprofessional. He dropped me off at an undesignated drop-off point. I had to walk back to where the final drop-off location was supposed to be. Honestly, save your money. FYI I did not even mention that we did not go to certain places on the itinerary 😔
