1. For 2 people traveling, a separate room will be arranged for you; for 3 adults traveling, an additional "single room supplement" needs to be purchased, and two rooms will be arranged for you.
2. The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only, and the specific arrangements will be based on the actual touring situation on the day. The itinerary may change and be adjusted due to factors such as climate, road conditions, holidays, transportation arrival/departure times, scenic area queuing and control, tourists themselves, and force majeure. 3. To ensure the safety of our guests, we will purchase insurance for every guest. Foreign guests are requested to provide the following information separately to customer service: date of birth, gender, nationality, name, passport number.
4. If the order of visiting attractions needs to be adjusted within the itinerary, the guide has the right to adjust the sequence of the included attractions without reducing the number of attractions for the guests. Please follow the guide's arrangements. Please be aware.
5. During free activities, there will be no driver or guide accompanying you. Please pay attention to your personal and property safety. Please carry valuable items with you to prevent loss and affecting your pleasant travel mood.
6. There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach the monkey groups closely, and do not touch wild animals on the mountain, to avoid injury incidents.
7. Please do not climb arbitrarily in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, all transportation between attractions is provided by free eco-friendly buses within the scenic area, not a dedicated car for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area, so please be sure to meet at the location designated by the guide, do not get separated, and do not leave personal belongings on the eco-friendly bus; during peak season, queuing may occur frequently, please follow the guide closely and do not leave the team without authorization.
8. During peak season, there are many people at Tianmen Mountain. Queuing may occur during ticket checking and transfers. Please wait patiently, and the guide will arrange entry as soon as possible. Due to the strict real-name ticketing system at Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, tourists must carry their original ID cards. Students over 18 years old must carry their student ID cards. If tickets cannot be collected and entered due to incomplete documents, guests will need to repurchase tickets at the listed price.
9. If the glass skywalk is closed for any reason, the scenic area will not provide any compensation, and forced passage is not allowed! The glass skywalk is located on a cliff, with steep terrain. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, drunkenness, or other physical conditions unsuitable for visiting should not challenge it.
10. When climbing, please "enjoy the scenery without walking, walk without enjoying the scenery" and pay attention to safety. Please try to wear hiking shoes and bring rain gear. Please do not move around freely during the bus ride.
11. Travel agency breach of contract: 6-5 days before the trip, 20% of the total price will be deducted; 4-3 days before the trip, 30% of the total price will be deducted; 2-1 days before the trip, 40% of the total price will be deducted; on the day of the trip, 60% of the total price will be deducted.
