I booked this one day tour for my parents and myself expecting it to be with a larger group since it said 10 passengers max but it ended up being a private tour for the three of us. our tour guide was a lovely young lady who was patient with my parents going up and down the stairs while hiking up. her youthful personality and genuine care for all of us made us really comfortable around her. She was very insightful in regards to all the information she shared with us about the history of Zhangjiajie National Park and Furong Town. I think without having a tour guide to take you around, it can get hectic with all the paths up the mountain. Since we took a bit longer getting down and eating lunch afterwards, we weren’t able to take the train to the last stop but we had a comfortable car ride there.

Tour was amazing. Guide was knowledgeable about everything. We had a grandparent and 2 young kids, and she made the trip possible for everyone in our group. It's a massive park, and she is very efficient at finding shortest lines, vip lines if you want (I highly recommend if you have young kids and older parents), good rest stops, bathroom breaks, photo ops. It's a must see in ZJJ. Tour guide will help you coordinate and customize your day however you like. 100% recommend.

The day trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was truly a wonderful journey. Stepping into the scenic area, with its towering peaks and swirling mists, felt like entering a fairyland. The stone peaks, piercing the sky, were magnificent and awe-inspiring, making one marvel at the wonders of nature. The professional and thoughtful tour guide added even more to the experience. Not only was he knowledgeable about the history and anecdotes of the attractions, but he also shared interesting facts, such as the filming locations for 'Avatar,' which delighted everyone. Throughout the trip, he meticulously looked after the group members, reminded them about safety, and helped them capture beautiful photos, making the journey both relaxing and enriching. Overall, the breathtaking scenery and the guide's enthusiasm complemented each other perfectly, making this day trip an unforgettable and beautiful memory.

The night before this tour, Klook staff and tour guide reached to us to collect our information, confirms the total of the people, the hotel for pick up and provide the time to pick up. We have a party of four, two adults, one child, and an infant. We had a great experience with the tour guide Tian and eliminated a lot of waiting because we had the VIP Express Lane package. Tian explained which attraction tickets are not cover and provides the price of those tickets.Total of this small group has 7 people. Tian is a great and nice tour guide, he explains the history and culture of each scenery. He checked the path of the road to see if it fits our needs, asked if we wants to take a rest or bathroom break. I would highly recommend this package, small group, avoid the crowds among with other tour group, and avoid getting in line as possible. Klook staff, driver and the tour guide was great, we had a good time on this tour, saved a lot of time and worth of what we are paying for.

we did a vip tour of the national forest 🌳 and its was an amazing easy going tour with having a great tour guide James showing us everything from the views to explanations and also a great camera photography he is … the tour was wonderful and a great introduction to zhangjiajie

Originally, I booked the froup of 25 chinese but was upgraded to a group of english speakers 2-8 and the day was moved as well. I appreciate it that the operator handled it smoothly. Our tour guide Leo was accommodating aand friendly. For the itinerary, I think the little train ride is not necessary. It's just that it was not so clear what to see there because it was not what was expected of a gallery. We could have finished the tour early if we were not moving so slow in the morning. The whole tour can actually be done withing 4 to 5 hrs with the VIP pass. Overall, it was a fun day because the flaws ofbthe tour was compensated by the individuals humour and food vibes that tgat made everyone shared laughters.

Booking the VIP tour made all the difference when it came to exploring the park. The place is very large and full of mazes. Our guide knew all the best spots and took us straight to the park without wasting time. Plus, we didn't have to wait in any lines for transportation, we always used the skip-the-line option! It makes a big difference if you only have one day to explore the park. Even if you come back later, going with a guide for the first time helps you get a better sense of how big it is. Our guide was super friendly and gave us lots of great information about the place! I highly recommend the agency and the tour!

Highly recommend this small group (2-8 pax) mandarin speaking VIP tour to Zhang Jia Jie National Park as it saves you so much time (2-3 hours) being in the snaking queue for park entry, the buses and the Bailong Elevator (additional fee). This allowed us ample time to visit all the main scenic spots in 1 day - 10 miles gallery, Bailong Elevator, Yuan Jia Jie, First Bridge, TianZi Mountain and Helong Park. Because its a small group, we got ample time to rest, appreciate the scenery and take pics along the way. Our group was also issued individual remote ear pieces, which we were able to listen to the history, explanation or get huddled back by the guide when we got separated by the huge crowd. There will be lots of walking and stair climbing, so comfortable sneakers with good traction is highly recommended. The view was wonderful. It was an active trip, lots of stairs-hiking and walking but worth for the amazing view. Our guide, 小李, was professional, informative, friendly and caring. She was very helpful in assisting our group's eldery members. The tour package provides VIP access, so we don't need to wait and queue along with the crowds. It is a highly recommend tour package!👍
