A very beautiful place and a fantastic trip. The timing was well-planned. These places are a bit far from downtown Kyoto, so it's really convenient to have someone assist with transportation. Highly recommended!
A fantastic experience! As a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry about transportation or transfers. Especially the Sagano Scenic Railway was very fun and the autumn leaves along the way were beautiful. I highly recommend everyone to participate in this kind of small-group activity.
The tour guide (who is also the driver) speaks Chinese, making communication easy. They also send messages to remind everyone of the meeting point. The attractions and time are well-arranged, allowing tourists to visit at a leisurely pace.

The Arashiyama Bamboo Grove is truly beautiful and offers fantastic photo opportunities. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves natural scenery.
Excellent! I missed my trip due to my own reasons, but they still arranged a vehicle for my return transfer. They safely dropped me off at a restaurant on a rainy day. The service attitude was very good and thoughtful. Five-star rating!
Overall, this is more of a private driver service and lacks the functions of a tour guide. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the small train was a great experience. However, the driver barely spoke the entire time. The transportation time was long, and there was no introduction or explanation of the itinerary. When we arrived at attractions, he just set a time to return to the car and didn't provide any explanations, guided tours, or local tips. For example, we didn't get to visit the Arashiyama small train area attractions like the Bamboo Grove or Tenryu-ji Temple in the afternoon. The driver didn't communicate this in advance. I understand that itinerary changes are sometimes necessary, but there was no basic discussion at all, which is not okay.
A passenger on their first group tour didn't follow the rules and was over 20 minutes late in Arashiyama, but the driver patiently waited. It was tough on us other participants.
