• [Regarding license plate guides] The supplier will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide, and license plate information for the trip by email before 21:00 Japan time on the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder first. If you still do not receive it, please contact the supplier in a timely manner! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email you received.
• Regarding baggage allowance: Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional pieces, you can pay the driver/guide 2,000 Japanese Yen/piece on the spot. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Driver Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tours of 14-45 people, which will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day. The driver-cum-guide is mainly responsible for driving and provides explanations as a supplement.
• Regarding force majeure: Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site, and no refunds can be requested for this reason.
• Regarding refunds for lateness: As day trips are shared transportation services, if you are late at the meeting point or at an attraction, the supplier will not wait for you and no refund will be provided.
• [About the vehicle] Reference vehicles: 5-8 seaters: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seaters: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seaters: Mini bus; 22 seaters and above: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.
• Regarding the end time: Due to the long driving distance of the journey, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. We advise you to avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. The supplier will not be liable for compensation for losses caused by delays.
• Regarding the meeting point: Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. If you are unable to board the bus due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
