Terrible experience. The tour guide didn't show up, which messed up our planned schedule. Now they're saying it's an audio guide? Please remove this company's product from your listings. It caused so much trouble during our trip and ruined what should have been a pleasant vacation. Who will compensate us for the losses???? I wish I could give zero stars.
