- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

small and handy wifi port! it was connected to two devices and it lasted me for more than 12hrs a day which was fantastic! although the wifi speed is a little slow, i find it no problem watching my videos ( but the quality of the video will be quite low ) will definitely purchase it from here again if i will be travel to japan:) collection of device is also fast and fusss free!

Using the wifi router was easy, had no issues with coverage. Managed to connect it to 5 phones. The battery life was fantastic as it can last an entire day.
Having been using this for all my travels, fuss free collection & return, very friendly staff. 100% great connection in osaka, kyoto, mt fuji & tokyo etc, able to last the entire day with every night’s full charge. Bring powerbank in case it runs out of batt.
Used the device for 12 days in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Really serve us well as the battery lasted at least 10 hours. I am happy with Klook customer service as well, as all queries were answered over phone. Definitely will get from Klook again and will recommend to my friends as well. Thank you!
This pick up was very seamless! The connectivity was alright and we just needed to on it once to connect to it. If it disconnects (which is normal), we would just have to on it again. Overall, it is great!

Wifi coverage and battery life was excellent. One charge at night was sufficient for the device to last the entire day. Device is also small and lightweight. Highly recommend!
The wifi pick up was easy. Received an email notifying wifi is on the way 3 days before picking up. Then received another notice 1 day before that it is already at the pick up location which is Narita Airport. Just need to wait in line at the post office to pick up. Set up instructions is easy to follow and wifi is very fast and stable. Returning is also fuss free just need to drop in the package at the mail box at airport. Will recommend.
