What to expect
In the summer of Hokkaido, this is a healing journey that takes people into a fairy tale 🌿
- Starting from Biei Patchwork Road, the scenery outside the car window is a constantly changing pastoral scroll. The interwoven greens and golden yellows are like carefully pieced-together fabric art, making one unable to stop gazing. Arriving at Shikisai no Oka, vast flower fields spread out like a rainbow. Tulips, lavender, and sunflowers sway in the wind, as if stepping into a painter's palette 🎨. The dreamy blue of the Blue Pond is even more stunning; the water's surface presents different shades of blue with changes in light and shadow, tranquil and mysterious.
- Next, step into Shirahige Falls, where water cascades down from rock crevices like silk and whiskers, splashing with slightly blue-tinged water, cool and breathtaking. In the afternoon, leisurely stop at Furano HERB GARDEN to taste Hokkaido's delicacies or experience herb crafting, slowing down the pace. Finally, arrive at Tomita Farm, where various flowers are spread out in layers. Looking down from a height, the entire Furano Basin is in full view, romantic and expansive 🌸.
* This entire day, from the countryside to the sea of flowers, from lakes to waterfalls, every stop is a healing landscape, making people unconsciously slow down and collect beautiful memories ✨

Reviews
Great guide and a sights-filled tour. A couple of stops felt a little brief, but with a busy day, it’s understandable. Glad we got to see so much!
The patchwork road was a disappointment. Suggest don’t go during autumn. The rest of the tour was pretty much ok. The blue pond was amazing & so is Shikisai-no-Oka. Our guide Rita is cheerful & helpful & ever so willing to take pictures for us. Thanks Rita.
It's a bit of a distance, but the timing worked out perfectly. There were a few places I wanted to spend more time...but I had to make the most of it! Overall, it was a great and worthwhile experience.
Although the time spent at each attraction was a bit short, the overall value for money was still good. Our tour guide, Rita, was very attentive.
Visited at the end of October, a day after the first snow, and the ground was covered in white. You could see the rare sight of maple leaves blending with the snow.
Our tour guide, Rita, was very attentive and provided incredibly detailed explanations. The itinerary was well-planned, and we're also very grateful to the driver for their safe driving. The trip was thoroughly enjoyable.
The peak bloom season is from late July to mid-August. Unlike other flowers, lavender blooms from mid-June to early July. The tour guide speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese to cater to the needs of different guests.
I joined the one-day tour to Shikisai-no-oka, Shirahige Falls, Blue Pond, and Farm Tomita in Hokkaido yesterday, and it was fantastic! A special thanks to our guide, Sophia, who was fluent in both Chinese and English, and very friendly. She not only provided detailed introductions to the tourist attractions but also gave us many recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Sapporo, as well as information on various Japanese brands and department stores worth shopping at, which was incredibly helpful. My favorite attractions were Shirahige Falls and Shikisai-no-oka. Shirahige Falls was spectacular, and Shikisai-no-oka had beautiful fields of colorful flowers. We visited 4 or 5 attractions in one day, but the itinerary was well-planned, and it didn't feel rushed at all.
Rita our tour guide is very accommodating and helpful. The place is nice , beautiful flowers and lavender fields.
The car is too small, and the seats are very cramped. Advantages: You can visit all the famous Furano attractions in one day. Disadvantages: It's too rushed, with each attraction only allowing for about 30 minutes of stay.
