I joined a tour and had a fantastic experience, thanks to our amazing guide, Gavin, who went ahead the tour with only 3 of us , that could have been cancelled otherwise, he saved us a great trip in Banff national park. He was very responsible, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He’s also very easy to talk to—we had some really enjoyable conversations throughout the day, which made the experience even more memorable. I truly appreciated his dedication and warm personality. Highly recommend this guide to anyone looking for a meaningful and pleasant tour experience.

I joined a tour to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. During the bus ride, the guide told us about the nature and trivia of Banff. It was great that they flexibly changed the order of the lakes when it rained midway through the tour.

There were many misunderstandings during the communication process, which led to the trip not happening, and two gift cards were redeemed.
