The dining environment is comfortable and clean. The dishes incorporate Yilan's local snacks (peanut roll ice cream). The presentation is exquisite and great for taking photos. The service attitude is good and friendly, but the serving speed is a bit fast, making dining a bit stressful. Overall, it's still very good, and I would visit again if I have the chance!
The hotel is located in a quiet and comfortable area, and there is free underground parking available. Upon entering the restaurant, there are about 12 seats, meaning one chef is responsible for 12 guests – comfortable! The chef's dishes focus on using the original flavors of the ingredients to create layers, without excessive spices to overlay or even highlight the taste. The craftsmanship is good and worth the price.
The ingredients are very fresh, the service is excellent, and the chef prepares each dish with great care. The hotel environment makes you feel like you're truly on vacation. It's definitely worth experiencing.
