Compliment: When the sun is strong, staff thoughtfully place sunshades on the windshields of cars parked outdoors, which is a very considerate gesture.

The location is ideal, and the place is clean and spacious. The front desk staff explained everything very carefully during check-in. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. The dinner selection was smaller than expected, and there were few dessert options, which was a bit disappointing. However, the restaurant staff were very thoughtful and attentive to guests' needs, which is a big plus. Overall, the price was worth it.

The hotel arrangements were excellent. They helped decorate the room and provided a birthday cake, as well as a late check-out 😊. The breakfast had a wide variety of breads, and the coffee had a Labubu design!

We encountered a leaky bathroom ceiling in our first room, but thankfully the front desk immediately upgraded us to a top-floor, premium ocean view room after being informed. It had a bathtub with a view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and birthday decorations. The manager also thoughtfully adjusted our check-out time to 3 PM, so overall we were satisfied.
