This was my first stay at this hotel. It's new and trendy, and walking into the lobby felt like entering another world. The lobby is predominantly black, with only two check-in counters and two staff members. The staff could speak Cantonese. My package included dinner, and I asked the staff if they could book a table for me at 6:30 PM, to which they agreed. When it came to paying the deposit, the slip showed 500 yuan, but they charged me 1000 yuan via WeChat Pay. I only realized the mistake after asking the staff. After getting my room key, I found the room had a black and white patterned floor, which looked decent overall. However, the bathroom floor had several dirty spots, indicating it hadn't been cleaned. At 6:30 PM, I went to the Chinese restaurant on the 23rd floor, only to find that the staff hadn't made my reservation (I was very displeased). Dinner felt like a mystery box; we weren't given a menu, so we didn't know how many courses there would be. We had to wait for each dish after finishing the previous one, and the service was incredibly slow. The dinner was very mediocre. For a hotel under the InterContinental Group, rated *****, it certainly didn't meet expectations. I urge management to address these issues seriously. Staff training and housekeeping management need significant improvement. I didn't feel welcomed as a guest. Breakfast was just average; I stood waiting for a bowl of wonton noodles, but no one paid attention to me. When checking out, it was the same female staff member who checked me in yesterday afternoon. She asked me to leave a good review on the platform. How can I possibly give a good review with this experience? Cleanliness: The bathroom floor in the room was not clean. Service: The check-in staff and the 23rd-floor restaurant staff did not meet 5-star standards. Breakfast: Average, no chef to greet guests. Hotel Location: Remote, surrounded entirely by residential areas. Transportation Convenience: Only accessible by taxi or car. Cleanliness: The room floor was not clean enough.

The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as an Instagrammable spot; every corner is filled with artistic flair, making it easy to capture beautiful photos. However, precisely because of this, it gets very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. We had to wait a while to check in at the front desk (we arrived around 4 PM), even though it was past the official check-in time, and were told our room was still being prepared. We also had to wait a bit for breakfast, but were seated quickly. The air conditioning, however, was insufficient. The room itself was very new and aesthetically pleasing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. The room was clean and stylish. The only downside is that the nearby mall is deserted, and there's nowhere else to spend time near the hotel.

Great value for money, the room is very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The infinity pool is also excellent for photos and fun. The package includes a travel photoshoot, which is a nice touch.

Good value, and the hotel is new, but the surrounding shopping malls haven't opened yet, so there's nothing to do or eat nearby.
