In the Japanese cuisine area, the salmon belly is rich and thick, the sweet shrimp is fresh and free of any fishy taste, and the chef's handmade sushi rice grains are distinct. Hot food highlights include the slow-roasted Angus beef, which is rich in juices, and the creamy, warming lobster bisque with puff pastry. The dessert section is even more delightful – the signature cheesecake is dense and delicate, the macarons have just the right sweetness, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream is available in unlimited supply. The service staff proactively replaced plates and refilled water throughout the meal, and the chef even appeared to inquire about the dining experience, showing great attention to detail. The price of 598 yuan per person may seem steep, but considering the premium ingredients and impeccable service, it is absolutely worth the value. The environment and food were also good. The service staff made excellent arrangements and were keen to celebrate everything, even decorating the table for us in advance. The server, Anilia, patiently introduced the food to us. The experience felt very attentive and comfortable.

The buffet environment is very good. There are not many people, so you can enjoy it quietly. However, the food is average. The wagyu beef dish for each person can be one big and one small, one overcooked and one overdone. It is totally not worth the price. The restaurant staff needs to be trained again.

They were already out of oysters by 7:30, and some of the cooked food items were also unavailable. The food selection wasn't extensive to begin with, so I feel like $550 isn't really worth it.

The set meal I ordered had a redemption date, but I couldn't consume it when I arrived at the store. They said the front desk didn't see the reservation information. The corresponding set meal was gone, so I substituted it with something else, but the taste was not as good as expected!
