Zhuhai St. Regis Hotel

This trip was very fulfilling and full of the best memories! From entering the main gate to the end of the journey, all staff were 101 points for politeness! Although there was a slight air quality issue in the room, the butler manager helped solve it with great care, and even helped us change to an unexpected room, making our journey full of surprises! The female staff at the evening buffet were also very enthusiastic in helping us take pictures! Until we left the next day, there was a waiting tea lounge on the 66th floor, where the beautiful female staff also politely welcomed us to eat desserts and fruits, and also introduced the hotel's decoration in detail, which was really eye-opening!! Finally, thank you very much to all the staff we encountered at the St. Regis Hotel. We are really very satisfied with this trip, and we will have the opportunity to book a St. Regis hotel again!

An enjoyable and relaxing trip. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast are amazing with excellent service. The foods are up to standard in general. I have to mention Ben and Alisa of the restaurant. They take initiative to customers' needs. I really appreciate their incredible service. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Zhuhai again.

Celebrating my husband's 60th birthday, staying in a sea view room, Lunar New Year promotion package discount, the hotel arranged room decoration and late check-out, the room view can enjoy the colorful night view of Macau, this is the third time staying at St. Regis, the previous two times stayed at the Cross Gate River view, the toilet/bathtub + cloakroom are connected together in a long shape, the activity space feels large and comfortable, the staff service attitude is polite, the overall hardware facilities are of high quality, I will consider staying again if there is a chance

It's a very good hotel. The room is very clean and luxurious. It's very spacious. The slippers in the room are placed beside the bed. It's very considerate. All the staff take the initiative to press the button for the guests. It's very good. The receptionist introduced the hotel carefully and has a very high temperament. I especially want to praise one person in particular. The housekeeper's name is Shera Lan. I was particularly impressed by her diligence and conversational attitude. She even wrote a birthday congratulations card to my wife. Also because St. Regis has such high-quality employees, I was very impressed that day. I have purchased a one-year hotel membership and look forward to enjoying a high-quality leisure trip next time

Perfect and relax experience. The hotel is spacious, and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The Christmas tea set and 2 glasses of cocktail included in the package are worth for money, and also tasty. Besides, the restaurant staff are nice and helpful too

在關口坐滴滴去酒店大約20 元，進入酒店房間，好豪華好讚嘆，裝修設備環境都十分正，冇得輸，四週十分寧靜，未到七月所以只開室內泳池，比較細，都有蒸氣服務和按摩池，都很舒適，下午茶食物和茶點都高級，選擇多味道好，晚上可以享受雞尾酒，早餐就一般，早上都比較多小朋友游泳，泳池太細，美中不足

Requests made to the guest room butler will be delivered within minutes! Really do customer-oriented! On the other hand, the dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the 42nd floor are slightly eclipsed, the cabbage and bamboo shoot soup is clear and tasteless, because it is in the St. Regis Hotel, so I have expectations for it👎👎! The breakfast ordered in the morning, the taste is average, but the small fruit platter is done with care, colorful, driving a good mood for breakfast! The staff is polite when delivering the food 👍! But the breakfast given was different from the menu at the time of selection, will stay again next time, hopefully no more similar incidents!
