The Yangmingshan & Beitou day tour I took exceeded my expectations! The guide was not only punctual for our meeting, but also incredibly dedicated to explaining everything throughout the trip. From the geological formation of Lengshuikeng to the pastoral scenery of Zhuzihu, every attraction was described in a vivid and engaging way. They even thoughtfully pointed out the best photo spots and important tips for enjoying each location. The pace of the itinerary was very comfortable, never feeling rushed. We had plenty of free time at both Geothermal Valley and the Hot Spring Museum. The guide also recommended delicious local food and souvenirs, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The whole day was relaxing yet fulfilling, and at the end, they even dropped us off at a nearby MRT station, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei!

The Qingtiangang Grassland stole my heart – standing there felt just like being in New Zealand! And the Sulfur Valley was absolutely amazing – those incredible views washed all my stress away… hahaha! A huge thank you to our tour guide Mr. Jack – he shared so much fascinating info and was so kind to every one of us. I love Taiwan with all my heart 🫶 – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️❤️❤️

David was an amazing tour guide! He and all the drivers were so kind and dedicated to making everyone’s experiences positive. I enjoyed the itinerary and the information he told of the history or landmark. Sadly it was rainy and foggy so we weren’t able to see Qingtiangang, but they had great substitutes ready. Would highly recommend!

This was a solo trip, and our tour guide, David, was excellent and very enthusiastic. He answered all my questions, and the other group members were also very friendly; I met friends from all over. This itinerary included eight attractions in Yangmingshan and Beitou, all featuring beautiful natural scenery, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan. Overall, it was a very worthwhile day trip, and I will definitely consider using Klook for future travels!

We had fun during our tour even though the weather was not really good. Our tour guide Sir Tommy still made sure we visit all the places even for a short time and also added chiangkaishek residence in our itinerary to make up for the remaining time. The tour guide kindly took our picture as well and provided a lot of information about the places we visited. Highly recommend!!!

The tour guide was really friendly and helpful during the trip. He took time to explain the history of the various destinations. Despite the bad weather, where all we saw was fog and it was raining and windy, the tour guide helped to make the trip as worthwhile as possible. He suggested an alternative location, in our case, there was an ongoing flower garden exhibition happening near Shilin, so he brought us there to take a look since we didn’t manage to enjoy the view at Qingtiangang. Overall, the transport was great and smooth, and definitely made travelling to different places easier. Also shoutout to 青菜园 restaurant for the amazing warm soup and dishes!! Love the 地瓜甜汤 😊

Booked this tour for 1 adult + 11yo kid on an Oct trip; overall fun-filled experience and enjoyable. Highly recommended! Meeting point at Ximending was easy to find. Prior to activity day, tour guide Jacky Chen from R Day Tour sent us a reminder email. Our small grp consists of 9 pax — 7 guests incl us + tour guide Jacky + driver. The vehicle's a 9-seater MPV. During the tour, Jacky engaged all of us, explained each places’ history, he’s also bilingual — so no issues w English / Chinese. As described, some places are guided, while we’d also able to go explore for the others. This tour has its fair share of walking so wear comfortable shoes. Lunch was a local TW fare, note that the portions are huge; recommend to order n share w fellow tour mates if you aren’t shy. Dropoff was hassle-free too — everyone else got off at Shilin, while my kiddo and I headed back Ximending. Jacky and driver were kind to let us hop-off at a roadside near to our hotel at XMD n I really appreciate this!
