Kobe Mt. Rokko & Arima Onsen Full-Day Tour

This tour has a rich itinerary, and there is enough time to visit each attraction. The tour guide LuLu is very attentive and experienced, and introduces each attraction in detail in Chinese and English. It is worth recommending!

Our tour guide Zoe was amazing. He spoke very good Chinese and English during our tour, he was very knowledgeable and know a lot of details about Kobe and Japan in general. He give really good advices on where to eat and what time to meet back in the bus. He makes small talk so it wouldn’t make anyone feel awkward. He talks to you as if a friend. definitely book!! you won’t be disappointed!

it was a confusing start at the beginning where the driver park for the meeting point but at the end the transportation, the driver and the tour was smooth sailing. Every place he dropped us off he has a good instruction on what we need to see and the meet up time. what really impresses me was when my husband left his phone on the van when we were dropped off to the dropped off place our guide/driver returned it immediately! thank you!!!! we are very happy and we appreciate the wonderful assistance.

We have booked a few single day-trip with Klook and the process was smooth and easy. This trip to Kobe is one of the most expensive ones we paid so far. We have no problem understanding Mandarin and English from the guide. We wish the guide could be more interactive or tell more stories or history behind each stops.

It was a great experience to visit Kobe Tower and Mount Rokko Cable Car Ride to see the spectacular view from Mount Rokko.

It was a great experience. Yang was very accommodating and gives instructions clearly. He tells a story behind every destination clearly.

After a full day, the overall service was very well done. The attractions were introduced in great detail. This group had both Chinese and English speaking customers, so all the needs of everyone were met. It was quite a challenge to meet the needs of different customer groups, but MRS えみちゃん Amy was very attentive. At the end of the tour, she guided me to the train and helped me, someone who doesn't understand Japanese, to smoothly transfer to different subway lines. The seamless speed allowed me to return to my accommodation very quickly. Next time I come, I hope to participate in a group activity, and hopefully she will be able to arrange and lead it~~

I participated in the trip and went to places that were difficult to reach by myself before. The scenery was beautiful and I left with very good memories. The itinerary is moderate and not too tiring.

The worst tour. Tour guide seems to have no experience. Didn’t notify everyone the attraction location and didn’t advise us the timing so that everyone can reach on time. For example, when we reached attractions for Kitano Ijinkan-Gai, Starbucks coffee, Weathercook house, Meogi House, Uroko House. He only informed us we reached these attractions and dropped us somewhere. He should let us know the directions of all these attractions, so that everyone wont gather after drop off point just to ask him the directions. And the Mount Rokko the cable car has timing. It would be good to inform everyone what time must take train come down. Instead of only informed everyone gathering timing is 8pm. It would be good to give extra information to avoid the delay as not everyone knows how to check the timing using phone. The driver also dropped us at a very inconvenient location. Overall i found that is a waste of time to take up this tour. We have no time to explore Port of Kobe as we only have 2 hours 30 minutes. For those wanted to take up this tour must really know what they want to do before arrived. All restaurants have to queue very long. The tour guide didn’t introduce the story of the attractions at all. Even when we reached the attractions, he couldn’t speak clearly of the name of attractions. Very disappointed to take up this tour and feel very unlucky to have this tour guide.
