Under the guidance of professional culinary instructors, personally cook indigenous cuisine and experience the pure taste of nature. We carefully select fresh ingredients from Amis tribe gardens and indigenous farmers' markets, incorporating the aroma of the land and the warmth of culture into each dish, making every bite a blend of flavor and story.
This is not only a taste bud experience, but also an opportunity to deeply experience indigenous food culture. From fragrant cooking techniques to rich dietary wisdom, each dish carries the story of the land. Whether you are a novice cook or a food lover, you can learn in a relaxed atmosphere and create your own indigenous-flavored dishes.

This class was absolutely amazing! Sofia not only taught us about the native ingredients we were using and how to prepare them but also the cultural history and importance behind them to the indigenous community. Everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We learned and ate so much that she convinced us to travel to Hualien ourselves. She also went above and beyond for us by hosting us at her home when the original class did fill up with enough participants, traveling all the way from Hualien. Absolutely everyone should take this class to learn about Taiwan's indigenous peoples, cook and eat delicious food, and share in insightful conversation. Sofia is the absolute best!
