Due to limited service capacity, we are unable to accommodate individuals with severe illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, or mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those recovering from major surgery), pregnant women, or individuals with limited mobility.
• [Scenic Area Credentials] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents filled in at the time of booking. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to failure to bring the required documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please inform us in advance when booking if you have any discount-eligible documents.
